1. Admission Requirements for the M.Sc. Program (Thesis Non-coursework)<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Academic Qualifications<\/u><\/strong>
    Applicants must hold a bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.25. The Program Committee will review and approve applications based on academic qualifications.<\/li>
  • English Language Proficiency
    <\/u><\/strong>Applicants must provide proof of English language proficiency by submitting scores from one of the following tests:<\/li><\/ul>
      • CU-TEP: Minimum score of 30<\/li>
      • IELTS: Minimum score of 3.0<\/li>
      • TOEFL PBT: Minimum score of 400<\/li>
      • TOEFL CBT: Minimum score of 97<\/li>
      • TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 32<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

              • Academic Qualifications<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

                Track (1) \u00a0\u00a0 Applicants must hold a master\u2019s degree or be studying in the final semester of their master\u2019s program, or the Program Committee may approve the application on a case-by-case basis. Admission will be based on a review of academic qualifications and research potential.<\/p>

                Track (2) \u00a0\u00a0 Applicants must hold a bachelor\u2019s degree or be studying in the final semester of their bachelor\u2019s program with a minimum GPA of 3.25. The Program Committee may approve the application on a case-by-case basis. \u00a0<\/p>

                • English Language Proficiency<\/u><\/strong>
                  Applicants must provide proof of English language proficiency by submitting scores from one of the following tests:<\/li><\/ul>
                    • CU-TEP: Minimum score of 45<\/li>
                    • IELTS: Minimum score of 4.0<\/li>
                    • TOEFL PBT: Minimum score of 450<\/li>
                    • TOEFL CBT: Minimum score of 133<\/li>
                    • TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 45<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                      Remark for application<\/strong> <\/u><\/p>

                      1. Applicants who have graduated from programs conducted in English are exempted from submitting English proficiency test scores.<\/li>
                      2. Applicants without an English score can apply to the program; however, they must submit a valid English score by the interview date for the Biotechnology Program.<\/li>
                      3. All English test scores are valid for 2 years from the test date. The submitted scores must be valid through the date of the final decision announcement.<\/li>
                      4. Applicants who are studying in the final semester of their current degree program must submit their degree certificate by the first registration date at Chulalongkorn University.
